My absolute favorite appetizer is scallops wrapped in bacon and I love love love yours so much that I usually have at least two boxes in the freezer at any given time. I cook them as directed on the package - 12 minutes on one side and flip over for 13 minutes - and they come out perfect every time. They are also superior to most of the restaurant versions I have ever eaten. Thank you for this great product!

Just a note to say I tried the shrimp rolls and found them to be every bit as good as the crab minis! No greasy residue when cooking and a nice crunch to the outer layer. Your products are certainly of good quality and taste. I wish my store had the scallops. I would love to try them as well.
